Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Amanecer, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Amanecer generates training and nutrition recommendations from your inputs and connected data, but it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any new training or eating plan, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury. Do not ignore professional medical advice because of something this app produced.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Amanecer and you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your password. Enable two-factor authentication for sensitive accounts.

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated abuse.
• No uploading content you don't have the right to share, no malware, no harassment.
• No using the service to impersonate someone else or to log another person's health data without their consent.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. Cancel any time from Profile → Subscription. We don't refund unused portions of the current billing period unless required by law.

Amanecer is provided as-is. We may add, remove, or change features with reasonable notice for material changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Amanecer's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including injury arising from following any recommendation produced by the service).

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
